I think cutting IVFDF back is more likely to kill it than leaving it as it
is.  Given the transport costs, you've got to provide something pretty
good to entice people to come, and I expect you'd have a fraction of the
number coming if it was a single day festival, with much fewer people
coming from across the country.

Precisely what I was going to say. I very much doubt I'd travel all the
way
to either Exeter or Glasgow from here (Preston) for 1 day.
