Debating the content and format I think is fair game.  Those of us who
have never organised even one IVFDF are getting lots of good ideas for
future IVFDFs.

Outsourcing is a great idea, if you can find reliable people.  The best
thing about this list is that alot of people who really care about IVFDF
are using it, so people trying to organise an event, for example at
Manchester or St Andrew's, have a list of people they can emotionally
blackmail/ask for help if they want.
