Dear all,
Please accept my apologies if you have already had this information via your society's email address; we are only trying to make sure that no-one gets missed out! This email is just a reminder that we need to know soon if you need PA or live music for your display, and that the 31st of January is the deadline for cheaper advanced tickets. If we have found a postal address for you, a form for advanced tickets is on its way to you with some posters and flyers which we would like you to use to publicise the festival at your university. If not, you can find the form (and advertising material) on our website at www.ivfdf.ucam.org or reply to this email with a postal address.
While planning your display (which can be for any number of people, but must fit into a standard school hall and leave some room for the audience) you need to bear in mind that:

The time limit for each display is 5 minutes - this will be strictly enforced.
There will be a sign-up sheet on arrival at IVFDF for display times (on a first come first served basis) and 15-minute practice sessions. We may not be able to accommodate anyone who has not signed up by 9am on Saturday morning.
Fendragon, the band for the display ceilidh, are quite happy to help with your display, but they need to know by the end of January if:

You need to use PA, or
You would like Fendragon to provide music for your display.
Fendragon can by contacted by emailing dave at biff.org.uk or via their website, http://www.fendragon.co.uk/
We hope to see you and admire your display in February!
  Alison Edmondson
