[ivfdf-news] IVFDF 2005 - the final preparations!

Hi All

Preparations are going well for IVFDF 2005 you'll be pleased to hear... 
everything is pretty much in place, so we're ready for you all to descend on 
Norwich!

As ever, there is a chance for you to display your talents on Saturday in 
display slots!! The will be dotted throughout the afternoon and evening, 
during band changeovers and beer breaks in our marathon. (in the room next 
door to the marathon so you don't have to worry about noise!)

Each slot will be about 10-15 minutes long (max.) and we intend to have 2 
displays per band changeover. If you could indicate in advance whether you 
would like to display (and how many slots you require!) it would be much 
appreciated, so we can start to plan them... Also, if you have any specific 
requirements, please let us know those in advance as well, so we can try to 
accomodate them (though nothing to complex please!).

Full details of everything you could want to know about IVFDF 2005 are going 
up on the website tomorrow, including the programme for the weekend, the 
Scottish Dance list, and lots of other useful stuff!

Please reply to this address with your displaying requirements, and feel 
free to ask any questions that you may still have!
