[ivfdf-news] Update on IVFDF 2006

Several things:

1.  Are you bringing a coach?  If so, please let me know, so that we can 
plan parking a little more easily.  We are amenable to last-minute 
surprises, but the fewer the better.  Also, if you give me contact details 
and permission, we can advertise the coach on the website, should anyone 
else from the area want transport.

2.  The discounted ticket deadline has passed -- as of a couple of days 
ago, full weekend tickets are £22/£15, which as we all know is still 
cracking value :-)  If you have not yet sent in your order:
* It is now too late to pre-order T-shirts -- please buy them at the 
festival, get there early for your chosen size/colour.
* We are still accepting postal orders until February the 10th, after which 
we request you buy your tickets at the festival.  You might have to wait a 
little longer to get in but the venue is huge so you needn't worry about it 
filling up.

3.  Ticket update, for those who are interested: we have sold over 300 
advance tickets, the vast majority full weekend tickets, and made two 
thirds of our estimated revenue.  We are getting quietly excited about this 
now -- all the signs are that it is going to be a big one.  Which is just 
as well given the number of parallel workshops.  Keep those applications 
coming!
