It's that time of year again...

Is anyone offering to host, contemplating to host, or even not completely 
ruling out hosting IVFDF 2008?

This year the reps meeting will be over breakfast at 8:45 on the Saturday 
morning, so that we can turn the room around for sessions.  It also gives 
us the maximum possible amount of time for twisting arms should it be 
required.  But what we would all really rather do is have a quick reps 
meeting and get on with running/enjoying the festival.  We certainly don't 
want to have to reconvene the reps meeting.  I'm sure you guys don't want 
to have to miss another workshop slot. :-)

Which means that we need to know that there is at least one group willing 
to run the festival before we get to the reps meeting.  Please, please 
think hard whether your society could hold it.  If you are a group that has 
not held an IVFDF before then I am certainly happy to discuss the level of 
work involved, and I am sure that anyone else who has run the festival 
recently will also be happy to help in this respect.
