Hi All
Only One Week to Go
with 3 important points.
1. Ticket Deadline
2. Accommodation
3. Parking


1. Ticket Deadline - 28th Feb.
For our sanity and to avoid ticket orders getting lost in the post etc. 
we are setting a deadline of next Wednesday for advance ordering of 
tickets.

If you want to avoid the cues at reception and have your tickets ready 
to just pick up, please get your order in to us by the end of February. 
  We can not guarantee that any orders received after that date will be 
processed in time for the festival.

2.  Accommodation.  Please let us know if you need space (and how many).

As is traditional we have organised places for participant to put down 
a sleeping bag over the weekend, rather than having to find and pay for 
hostel or hotel accommodation.
However, to make sure that we have enough for everyone who will require 
it, please reply to this email and let me know whether you need 
somewhere to sleep or whether you have organised a more comfortable 
bed.

Much as we would like to be able to guarantee floor space to sleep, 
there is a finite amount of space we can offer.  So if we do not hear 
from you we can only do our best to accommodate you.


3. Parking. Do you need it?  If so please send us your vehicle 
registration no.

Homebase (close to the venues) has very generously offered us the use 
of 30 parking spaces in their car park over the weekend.
These spaces are on a first come, first served basis and are only 
available prebooked.
To ensure that your car is not booked by their security staff we MUST 
have your vehicle registration no. by the end of Feb.

If you do not register in time there is an NCP car park also very close 
by, but I do not know what their daily rate is.
