By my count, we now have enough member societies to make this vote official.

So I guess that we pass down to points 3 & 4 on Andrew's original email.

Ian, over to you next to set the dates etc.

Sheffield 2008 & external advisors, its then up to you guys to present your
reports, and everyone else to discuss them as we would at an actual Reps
meeting.

On behalf of Warwick Folk Society, we would like to vote that we second the
vote on the proposal of a vote for the motions outlined by Andrew, below
(ooh I hate contorted voting procedures):
 1.  "That the Sheffield 2008 committee are confirmed as hosts of IVFDF
2008."
 2.  "That the Sheffield 2008 committee are granted underwriting from
central funds up to a maximum of £1000."
