[ivfdf-news] Sheffield IVFDF 2008 Report

To clarify the points Richard brought up.

1) The Union has not issued us with a contract, as Sheffield Ceilidh Soc
is part of the Union, and the Union can't enter into a contract with
it's self. To cover these situations there is an internal procedure for
bookings which is now complete. This procedure is considered binding,
so getting to the nub of Richards point the Union is a firmly booked and
the Union can't now change it's mind, or pricing.

2) I did post the accounts to the mailing list, however because the
attachment was quite large it is currently awaiting the list moderators
approval before it is sent on. So I hope the accounts will make it out
to you all soon.
