Further to my previous message

I *NEED* each society who had people attending at one of the last 2
IVFDF's to contact me with the names and e-mail addresses of their 2
representatives. So that I can commence the voting process. At present
we are not quorate and unless more people contact me with the names and
addresses of their representatives I may have to defer the vote.
