Dear All

Reviewing the various questions and responses we
have had I find the following questions are still
awaiting answers, which would help to clarify the
strength of your bid in terms of your request for underwriting.

1) I'm not aware that you have yet had your loan
from central IVFDF (I've not received a request
in writing for this loan which was all that was needed to release it)

2) Are you in a position to indicate the kind of
ball park funding you are applying for from the
lottery as previous year's have done ? ( Yes - X
amount, No, with reason why can't indicate)

3) Can you give an indication of any other places
you might be looking for funding (grants) from ?
and How much you might be aiming to get ?

4) [Partially answered] Your budget does not
indicate expected ticket prices for the weekend ?
Please can you include these along with some
reasoning as to why you have budgeted on these
numbers of attendees and how conservative your estimates are?

5) What element of contingency is included in
your budget figures and if not why you have not felt this necessary ?

6) you are requesting £1000 underwriting, but it
is not clear from the budget what justification
their is for this figure. (some worst case what if scenarios might help)

Sorry to be asking lots of questions, but I
continue to feel there is a fair bit of detail
missing in your reports, when I compare it with previous year's reports.

It might be useful if you covered in any reply
and further update the same areas that are in
these reports, the titles they use are
Budget/Venues/Events/Publicity/Stewards/Organisation/Other
Stuff/Summary and it might be useful if you also
had these titles and included a little more
detail than you have already under some of the
headings. (Your budget in fact has more detail
that these ones do but due to the nature of
things with your bid I expected this).

This is aimed to be constructive criticism to
improve the quality of your bid before the vote,
please take it in the way it was intended.

Regards

Ian
