Dear all,

As the Lead External Advisor for IVFDF 2010, I am sorry to report that I have not received a report to be able to recommend Durham as the host university for 2010's event.  I am aware that a number of venues and bands have been provisionally booked, but have a number of questions that I hoped would be answered by now.  I remain hopeful that Durham will be able to answer these questions between now and the Reps Meeting.  However, I would urge all groups attending to start thinking about whether they would be willing and able to provide an alternative.
