[ivfdf-news] Electronic Vote for Train subsidy to IVFDF 2009

Dear all,

In the light of the recent news (reproduced below in case you missed it),
I would like to withdraw the proposal for an electronic vote for a subsidy
of the train to IVFDF 2009.

Thank you to all of you who helped to try and get this to fly, your time
and effort have been appreciated and I'm sorry that it did not work out,
maybe next time.
