[ivfdf-news] Offers for IVFDF 2012 and IVFDF Treasurer

Dear All,

I hope, like me, you are looking forward to the forthcoming IVFDF 2010 
in Durham, next weekend.

One of the things that happens this weekend, as well as lots of dancing 
and music, is that we decide on where IVFDF goes next.....

.. at present we have Bristol bidding for IVFDF 2011, and no doubt we 
will hear more of their plans at the Representatives Meeting this weekend.

I would like you to give some thought to the possibility of if your 
group might be able to host an IVFDF in the future i.e. 2012; you may 
already have been thinking about this.... Ideally you might have made 
some preliminary enquires about venues and perhaps makes some initial 
plans before next weekend, but this is not essential, as the team 
putting together IVFDF 2011 can tell you. We will be looking for offers 
for someone to run 2012 - could it be your group - if you have any 
questions about this please get in touch and I can point you in the 
direction of some advice (there is some already on the IVFDF.org website 
- though you may have to register to see it).

Also as previously advised I am stepping down in my role as Treasurer 
for Central IVFDF and we are looking for someone to take on this role. 
If you are interested and think you might be able to do this please get 
in touch with me to discuss what is involved.
